General Policies

An applicant to be an GlobalGayClub Webmaster must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and submit proof upon request.

Violation of the GlobalGayClub limited use license of trademarks and copyrighted materials is prohibited.

By submitting an application to become an GlobalGayClub Webmaster, the applicant agrees to be bound by these General Policies which shall be construed under the Dutch Laws. Jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising hereunder shall be in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Each GlobalGayClub Webmaster shall indemnify and hold GlobalGayClub harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages (including attorney's fees) threatened or incurred as a result of the Webmaster's activities.

By submitting an application to become an GlobalGayClub Webmaster, the services provided by GlobalGayClub include certain communications from GlobalGayClub, such as service announcements and administrative messages via email or postal mail.
